Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to locations where sale or delivery of vaping products is prohibited by law.

Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible.

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened products.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item(s) back.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

  • Consumables (such as e-liquids) and opened cartridges/pods are non-returnable for health reasons.

  • Sale items or gift cards are also non-returnable.
